Baking soda&Prorax-side mix it in with your everyday whitening tooth paste it works like a charm!
Here's how to mix it in,if you don't know what I am talking about.
1:Get your tooth brush 2:Get your proraxside open it,use the led and poor into the top 3:Get your toothpaste(Crest pro health works Purrrfect) 4:Dip your brush into proraxside before you do anything 5:After dipping put toothpaste on your toothbrush 6:Take the baking soda,sprinkle some in your hand so you can get how ever amount you wanna use then sprinkle it on your tooth brush.
That is it (hope I spelled Pro-rox-side right..LOL) Do this for a month ( I do it all the time but my teeth is already white) it shows results in 2 WEEKS it's really weird cause you can tell the difference after a week but 2 weeks you can notice better.
