i use them. and my teeth look amazing.
you can use baking soda and hydrogen peroxide mixed together and brush your teeth with it. and whitening toothpaste and mouthwash. i do all of that. the baking soda peroxide stuff is so gross though. and some times its bleaches yours gums too.
