I actually use peroxide. i put it on my tooth brush and brush with it. then i brush with toothpaste. i know it sounds wierd but it works for me and its cheaper than anything else. if you try it just make sure you dont swallow any of it. most toothpaste has peroxide in it anyway.

How about you try brushing your teeth right after you drink tea or coke? I found that brushing teeth right after helps.
They sell those whitening kits too at stores.
I think dentists do teeth whitening too.

Well, some just brush their teeth. It's not really a trick they just brush, brush, brush. But some arent like that. For instince, Bruno Mars. He hardly brushes his teeth, but yet again he has beautiful and sparkly teeth. I guess they go to their doctors and their doctors give them special kind of toothpaste. I really dont know, but good question.

Use whitening toothpaste and if you're old enough a bleach to whiten them. Drink less tea/coffee as this stains your teeth. Fruit juices that have a lot of acid aren't good as they'll ruin the enamel so drink loads of tap water as it has fluorine in it which is good for teeth.
Your skin...eat loads of fruit and veg, exercise regularly, maybe use a cleansing scrub/wash/toner to keep your skin clear. Also moisturise...you don't have to tell anyone that you do...say it's genetics.
The bags are tricky cause women can cover them with makeup. If your eyes are puffy in the morning, before you go to bed put two metal spoons in the fridge and then place them on your eye and that should freshen them up. To get rid of the bags you need to get more sleep. Simple as :)

HI,
I have always had problems with faint yellow teeth. In fact everyone in my family has this problem. I have tried every product that exists along with frequent visits to dentists. Dentists have always told me that my teeth are good but I was never happy with the color. Using peroxide or baking soda is harmful for teeth in a longer run so I never used it. Trays are always a NO for me because they give lot of irritation and pain.
The ONLY thing that has worked for me till date is Dazzle White. I was not sure of using it at the beginning as I did not want to waste more money. Later, after doing some research on the Internet I found out about this company giving free samples. I immediately ordered mine (just paid $ 1.95 shipping). This is a real good product and has worked for me. I don't work for this company nor am I related to them in any manner. Just trying to help someone who has faced similar problems like me.

I always tend to stay away from such expensive methods and some Dentists say that such methods can harm you in a long run. If you are really looking for teeth whitening, normal toothpaste probably isn't enough just by itself.
