I have heard Crest White Strips can really help. They only make your teeth a few shades whiter, but they're cheap and affordable.

  16. You mustn't go to the dentis but to a chemist or pharmacist; they will give you the necessary remedy.

  17. Your teeth are probably naturally non white.
DON'T try home tooth whitening kits - they contain hydrogen peroxide which is a powerful bleach - you will probably damage the enamel on your teeth forever and may damage your gums.
Use good toothpaste, try different sorts. If you really want to make a cosmetic difference then you need to see a dentist (not a beauty spa).
You only get one set of adult teeth, don't mess with them at 13, it's too young.

  18. XD It is actually I really good idea to go to the dentist, but there are other ways that may not be as good but can help such as; Tooth Paste Whitener (day and night time), Whitener strips, avoid caffeinated foods (good for you teeth, bones, and weight), brush for 2 minutes thoroughly not half a minute, don't anything for about 30 minutes after brushing (best to brush after eating a main course meal), Hydrogen Peroxide (taste nasty but does a really good job, btw don't drink it just swish it and spit it out)

  19. Crest strips work but they are really unhealthy.

Baking soda and peroxide works like a charm. Just don't swallow it. <33

  20. There is nothing wrong with your teeth, that is their natural color. If you want to bleach them then going to the dentist, while most expensive is your best option because their bleaching works, but also wears off in about 6 to 8 months.

  22. You can try adding baking soda to your toothpaste, or purchase a toothpaste that is specifically formulated for tooth whitening.

There are also many products that you can purchase at your local drug/grocery store that will help suck as whitening strips, trays, and gels. They all cost under $ 30 and most really work.

You should also avoid eatng/drinking anything that will stain your teeth such as coffee, tea, soda, and blueberries.

  23. i had the same problem with yellowish teeth and i found this product is very effective and very cheap
    http://www.maximumteethwhitening.com/

i use it on a regular basis and it keeps my teeth white and looking great. It only costs about $ 30 AUD including the tray for you teeth and a couple of syringes with the gel, Which is cheap compared to the dentist. I put my trays in about twice a week for an hour each and you can notice the difference straight away. I also use it before i have a special occasion and take it out right before i leave.

I get lots of compliments on my white teeth which is great. they're also very straight which helps, lol once i had a friends mum ask me if I've been 'sucking on bleach'. haha she was over-exaggerating but you can definitely notice the before and after difference. It doesn't hurt your teeth it just feels a little uncomfortable with the tray in your mouth.

I asked around heeps before buying any products and i compared prices, at one stage i was going to go to the dentist and get it professionally done but im sooo glad i tried this out. Ive actually ordered it twice within the past year and am using my second lot now.

Also use teeth whitening toothpaste and brush your teeth at least twice a day, if you eat meals at home always brush your teeth after woulds to keep any stains of. And of course avoid coffee and coke if you really want to maintain your pearly whites :
