My boyfriend says the Listerine Pre-Wash with Whitening is really effective. I like using Go Smile, which comes in a kit. I really like it, and I have had great results with it. You can get it in some Sephora stores.

From what I hear, it can be painful, but tolerated.
It's not cheap and not lasting. It's harmful to the enamel of the teeth and I personally wouldn't recommend having it done. Just take care of your teeth and use a whitening tooth paste.

You could try vinegar in toothpaste but you won't get dramatic results. But it's inexpensive. So is baking soda but I've used baking soda by itself and in various toothpastes and they don't really whiten teeth too much. Or at least not mine. The best thing I have found and am currently using is Crest Advanced Seal Whitening Strips. You get two weeks worth for around 44.00. That still is much cheaper than going to a dentist. And the best part is that it really works! I love them. They stick very well to your teeth (they come with an adhesive built into the strip) and I saw results after 3 or 4 days. I'm on my second box and am really well pleased with the results. Hope this helps.

crest white strips, cheap and effective. lazer whitening is the best but it costs about 500 bucks.
