ReplyDeleteThere really a lot of great options for teeth whitening these days. Many reference baking soda and peroxide or crest whitening strips. These are good options but there are several other home teeth whitening kits that offer great results for a fraction of the cost of visits to the dentist office. The active ingredient you are looking for is carbamide peroxide. The faster you want the results the higher the percentage of carbamide peroxide you need in the gel. Generally the range is between 10-36%.

Many of these products even have free trials if you just pay shipping so you can see what works and what doesn't without spending much money.
brushing and flossing keeps your teeth healthy but doesn't necessarily make them whiter. There are however teeth whitening products that do that (but not make your teeth healthy, so keep up the brushing and flossing too). There are at-home kits like strips and trays, and there are treatments you can have done at the dentists.
