I love the Crest Whitestrips! You are supposed to use them twice a day, once in the morning and then again in the evening. Just use them as the directions say. I use them for 2 weeks at a time to avoid sensitivity, then a month or two after that I start another two-week regimen.
I wear mine in the tanning bed, that way you know how long they have been on, and the UV light accelerates the whitening (make sure to smile!)
There are different types with different prices. They are pretty expensive, if I remember. But if you really want to whiten your teeth, I would spring for it. I think they are somewhere around 30 bucks.

I don't think there's anything you can do - the store bought whiteners don't work that fast, so I can't think of anything that would make your teeth white overnight, AND that you could do without buying anything.

They use a bleaching kit. I just ordered a free trial offer and only cost me 6.00 bucks for a months supply. I hear from my aunt it really does the job. I will post a link for you and like I said you can get a trial offer and see how it works for you. Good luck

at home bleaching trays will white your teeth anywhere from 2-5 shades depending on which brand you purchase. Crest Whitestrips do a good job. But for SUPER white, visit your dentist. It will cost you, but the end result can white up to 9 shades and it lasts 4-5 yrs.

Brush your teeth with those toothpastes that specifically help whiten your teeth...I use those, and my teeth are sparkling now. Colgate and Crest both have those.
Also, I heard that tea helps whiten teeth, and try using mouthwash.

It's a heck lot more precise, quicker, safer and better than chemical whitening. It's like the ultimate whitening product. The only issue is it's too darn expensive.
Make sure you use decent whitening toothpastes to maintain it afterwards.
