ReplyDeleteTry a cap full of Peroxide and water mixed two times a day. Also try baking soda. I heard rubbing a strawberry across them will help also. Try drinking lots of water. No coffee and/ or tea. Also no smoking.

brush a little harder than usual on the gums and teeth and rinse your mouth with cold water for 30 seconds. Try using baking soda and lemon juice and put a pea size of toothpaste on the toothbrush.
