What you can do is use a straw without letting it touching your teeth. Just don't place the straw were your teeth are. Try to place it at the back of your mouth.

Keep teeth white with Crest whitening strips. Keep teeth straight by going to the orthodontist. Shouldn't be avoided. Keep breath fresh by scraping sulfur compounds off tongue, floss teeth after every meal to get rid of rotting pieces of food. Use mouth wash at least once a day. Don't avoid the dentist.

Use whitening toothpaste and if you're old enough a bleach to whiten them. Drink less tea/coffee as this stains your teeth. Fruit juices that have a lot of acid aren't good as they'll ruin the enamel so drink loads of tap water as it has fluorine in it which is good for teeth.
Your skin...eat loads of fruit and veg, exercise regularly, maybe use a cleansing scrub/wash/toner to keep your skin clear. Also moisturise...you don't have to tell anyone that you do...say it's genetics.
The bags are tricky cause women can cover them with makeup. If your eyes are puffy in the morning, before you go to bed put two metal spoons in the fridge and then place them on your eye and that should freshen them up. To get rid of the bags you need to get more sleep. Simple as :)
