  4. Sonicares supposedly change your teeth 2 shades whiter.
You can buy whitening strips at any drugstore or Wal-Mart.
Go to the dentist and either ask about Bleaching trays or ZOOM whitening. Zoom is the quickest way.

  10. use toothpaste with silica in it. also floss and make sure you brush where your gums meet your teeth, in small circles. coffee and cigarettes dont help so minimize that if you can

  13. crest white strips really work(I just use the regular ones) and once they are white enough you can use them once a week to keep them that way. It's turns out to be pretty inexpensive for the great results.

  14. Avoid coffee, wine, dark soda. Brush twice a day and use whitening strips or get them professionally whitened by your dentist.

  15. Sprinkle a little baking soda along with the toothpaste when you brush your teeth.

  16. Use whitening mouth wash before you brush, then use crest pro-health whitening toothpaste. I have used it and loved it you can really tell the difference.

Also try not to drink a lot of brown soda, as this stains your teeth.

  17. take my advice......it's not cigarettes, coffee or alcohol that ruin your teeth...it's enamel loss and gum reclining
staining from the former can be removed; the latter is permanent

  18. If you are a coffee drinker, maybe cut back a bit, it's rumored that can stain teeth. Flossing also helps, but the thing that really helped me was Crest White Strips. They are kind of pricey, but totally worth it. I whitened my teeth in the 8th grade for graduation, and I still get compliments three years later on how white my teeth are.
You can use multiple containers, but if you over-whiten them your enamel can wear down causing your teeth to look transparent.

  19. Brush your teeth w/ peroxide and baking soda 2x a day for 5minutes each. Also use the " 5minute whitening gel" from dollar tree ( ONLY A DOLLAR!) and use that once a day. It works and results how in about 3 days. Trust me

  22. Brush your teeth after every meal for at least 2 minutes (30 seconds per quarter of your mouth). This will help some, but it is possible that your teeth are naturally yellow. In this case I would use some kind of whitening product. The most effective kind is dentist in office bleaching. This is also very expensive. A cheaper somewhat effective way would be to buy crest whitestrips premium plus. They will most likely make a big difference if your teeth are really that yellow.

  24. Hi,

Lot of people do face problems with yellow teeth. The reason for yellow teeth can be less calcium, smoking or coffee. Some people face problems like yellow to faint yellow teeth also because of too much brushing or using products which harm teeth. While baking soda or peroxide can make your teeth white but it is not recommended. Dentists world over do not recommend use of such pure form substances on teeth as they harm your teeth in longer run.

Not all whitening trays are good, in fact many people have complained about irritation and pain with trays. Yellow teeth are not always unhealthy while bright white teeth can be unhealthy. Lot of people want white teeth so that they can smile big and don't get embarrassed while talking to friends and colleagues. Such people can use teeth whitening pens which are 100% safe for your teeth. The best thing about these products is that you can easily get free trial to have white teeth. You may order your free trials and have white teeth. Its always better to try before you buy and I am sure it will work for everyone including you.

BTW the website where you can get such free samples is http://tinyurl.com/freewhiteteeth

I am not promoting the website nor am I associated with it in any manner. Just trying to help someone who is worried about bad/yellow teeth.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanx :-)
