Crest Whitening Strips are the best! They do wonders for me even after the first one! I've also tried the Listerine Whitening strips but they arent that food! So go with Crest Advanced Whitening. =)

Use baking soda , but carefully, no more than 1 time per week
Use an teeth whitening system. I recommend, Idol White Teeth Whitening(very good for me), but I've heard also Alta White is effective in efforts to whiten teeth. See the source box, because you can test this teeth whitening systems for free (they offer a risk free trial, and is need to pay just shipping). If you see good results , than continue.If not, you should consult a dentist.

crest whitestrips do a great job!! Just be patient and do the 2 x daily for 7 days......cost about $ 25-30 for the whole kit. (look for sales) Dentist office can cost up to $ 700!!! I get compliments all the time on how white my teeth look.

omg pleasee don't whiten your teeth.. if it does that to the outside just think of what it will do to your insides if u swallow a bit of it =0 !!
however i dnt kno wat u can do as an alternative.. (maybe try the health section on Y!A) but brush ur teeth more often especially after coffee/coke/smoking ect...

Well you probably have stains, just go to the dentist and get them whitened. It's not bad or anything. Or use drug store bought white strips, they work well too.
