I want to know how much soda could one have a day without it effecting the color of there teeth? would 1 cup of soda a day be alright? also and smalls tips on keeping teeth white? Would brushing teeth after drinking soda help? Thanks in advance

What you can do is use a straw without letting it touching your teeth. Just don't place the straw were your teeth are. Try to place it at the back of your mouth.
