i cant use crest white strips because they hurt my teeth really bad... and i got this uv whitening to use when i go tanning but that isnt really working for me...... im getting braces in 4 days so i want to get my teeth white before then!! any ideas?

The dentist can make trays for your teeth and you sleep with the solution on - takes 14 days and they'll be whiter than a sheet of paper. Well worth the $ $ money - costs about $ 250.

How do I make my teeth really white? I've smoked cigarettes on and off for a good part of my life since I was 18. I'm 28 now and I'd like to have really white teeth. My teeth aren't super dark or anything, but they are a little yellow from the nicotene. How can I make them super white again before I started smoking?

Well it must do.
You can get your teeth white by whitenning them proffesionally by the dentist but it costs.
And pearl drops.
