I just got my teeth whitened two hours ago via BriteWhite. I am pleased with the results and want to do everything possible to further the whitening and prevent the stains from returning.

My questions is what foods, drinks, and drugs/vitamins (if any) to avoid for the first day or two, and then what food, drinks, or drugs/vitamins (if any) to avoid permanently.

you cant without bleaching. it takes way too long. i know they have UV lights you can put in your mouth, but I dont know if they work.

you can get veneers, but they cost thousands of dollars, but they can keep your teeth white permanently.

i say just get yourself a fake plastic teeth mold to stick in your mouth for pictures. you can get them for less than $ 10

hte only way is a tooth whitener - teeth are naturally slightly tinted and its impossible to get them pearly white on just toothpast - even toothpaste with added 'whitening action' - you need a specialist weekly whitning toothpast (but be careful it u have sensitive teeth

My dog has plaque, like all dogs, but I learned that this can be removed. I would love to take my dog to the vet for dental care to remove the plaque - I'm just glad my dog does not have bad breath! Can you share your experience of how your dog looked after the teeth were cleaned? Were the teeth white? Do you think that it was worth the cost for a dental cleaning? Hope with what I read I know what to expect when I decide to take mine in for a cleaning.

Yes I did take my dog to the vet for detail care once. Honesty it looks different but the teeth that are Black In a dogs teeth are going to stay the same. However it does remove all the plaque and I think that was worth it. :)

Best and cheap remedies for whiten teeth :
Use baking soda , but carefully, no more than 1 time per week
Use an teeth whitening system. I recommend, Idol White Teeth Whitening(very good for me), but I've heard also Alta White is effective in efforts to whiten teeth. omg pleasee don't whiten your teeth.. if it does that to the outside just think of what it will do to your insides if u swallow a bit of it =0 !!

however i dnt kno wat u can do as an alternative.. (maybe try the health section on Y!A) but brush ur teeth more often especially after coffee/coke/smoking ect...
