What are some ways to get my teeth more white?

Question by GeeGee: What are some ways to get my teeth more white?
My mom says I can work this summer, what are some natural ways, or store products, that will help me get white teeth for a job interview. I figure if i start now they will be brighter by June. For those wondering why don't i get a cleaning at the dentist well i'm too old for the insurance to cover it now. thanx for answers

  1. Crest white strips, or theres rembrant at your local drugstore, whichever is right for you. Also crest whitening toothpaste (it comes in a royal blue tube), and scope whitening mouthwash.

  4. well as long as you maintain good hygiene, just buy the generic brand of whitening strips, they work for me, and they're about ten bucks cheaper. good luck!

  5. You can try whitening strips or there are some natural ways also but the results in these cases may wary. t home teeth whitening or bleaching treatment is considered cheaper, with fewer side effects, more convenient and as effective as dental office treatment. It is considered more effective only if used regularly at home and results are better seen in such cases. Avoid the intake of those items that cause staining of your teeth to see the quick and long lasting effects of the At home bleaching agents or products. Many bleaching agents can be used to bleach the teeth at home and most commonly used ones are – baking soda, pulp of strawberries, salt, etc. For complete understanding you can read this from the following link

  6. from my personal experience i would recommend this:
    http://www.maximumteethwhitening.com/

i use it regularly and it keeps my teeth white and looking great. It only costs like $ 30 AUD including the tray for you teeth and a couple of syringes with the gel, Which is cheap compared to the dentist. I put my trays in about twice a week for an hour each and you can notice the difference straight away. I also use it before i have a special occasion and take it out right before i leave.

I get lots of compliments on my white teeth which is good, lol once i had a friends mum ask me if I've been 'sucking on bleach'. haha she was over-exaggerating but you can definitely notice the before and after difference. It doesn't hurt your teeth it just feels a little uncomfortable with the tray in your mouth.

I asked around heeps before buying any products and i compared prices, at one stage i was going to go to the dentist and get it professionally done but i'm glad i chose this product for like .05% of the price. Ive actually ordered it twice within the past year and am using my second lot now.
    Hope this helped.

  7. Try using equal parts of both peroxide and water together. Treat it like mouthwash and use it daily or every other day.

Make sure not to leave the peroxide in the light for too long when you use it and also keep it in a cool dark place when you're done. This will help it last longer. (Which is why it comes in the dark brown bottle; to keep light out as much as possible.)

So just brush your teeth first, rinse the toothpaste out of your mouth, then use the peroxide/water.
Give it some time to work, it really does help. I know a friend that uses this method, and when she had a dental appointment, the dentist himself wanted to know what she was doing to keep her teeth so white and healthy!

Hope your job interview goes well!
