Just buy a whitening toothpaste.
You need toothpaste and, combined with the cost of the baking soda, it would equal about the same you normally spend.
I like Remembrant's Intense Stain whitening toothpaste.
Works very well and quickly too.

ReplyDeleteWite-out... Cheap and available everywhere.
ReplyDeleteI drink coffee daily and brush my teeth 3x a day. I find if I lay off the coffee my teeth are a lot whiter a week later. 1 part hydrogen peroxide+1 part H2O for rinsing and maybe a little baking soda on your brush helps. however some ppl have naturally whiter/darker teeth. fillings, antibiotics, diet all contribute.
ReplyDeletethe best way is to get ur teeth whitened by a dentist....but my friend uses whitening stripes and they work!
ReplyDeletestop smoking if you do. drink less coffee or coke. there are some great products you can find in Walgreen.
ReplyDeleteWhitening toothpaste will help. If you drink a lot of soda-pop, iced-tea or coffee, cut down on it. Smoking is a no-no. Tip: Use of a straw when drinking cold beverages. Don't swish your drink in your mouth - it defeats the purpose of the straw.
