The in-office treatment is often very effective. You can compare the effectiveness and cost of the different teeth whitening systems here: http://the-dental-makeover.com/whiten-teeth-to-promote-confidence/teeth-whitening-cost-indicating-effectiveness/
What do you think? Answer below!
Yeah, the whitening done by dentist are often the best.. But there's also other ways you can to it yourself.
ReplyDeleteYou will have the same teeth whitening results whether you have professional teeth whitening In-Office or teeth whitening at home by yourself. This is because whitening teeth with peroxide is simply a function of the cumulative exposure of the person's teeth to the whitener. Using a low concentration peroxide over a series of individual treatments at home by yourself or a much higher concentration of peroxide over a much shorter time frame In-office can both be expected to produce the same result. After teeth whitening treatment, you will have on average 5 - 10 shades lighter.

No one's teeth are naturally white. They are different shads of white so can never really get 100% white teeth. But there are products which can help you remove stains and give your teeth cleaner look.
ReplyDeleteThe best way is to go to a dentist and pay for a teeth whitening treatment. But that is generally reserved for people who have badly stained teeth or people who have had their braces recently removed.
For an average person, there are several solutions available in the market. The most popular are whitening strips. They are popular because they are the easiest to apply. But they may not be the most effective. I tried out strips but they didn't work for me because they kept coming off.
I resorted to using baking soda and bleach but it was too painful.
The best solution I have come across is the teeth whitening tips. It’s the closest thing to what the dentist use. It’s a powder you apply on your teeth using tips, which removes stains and such. I used it for a week with good results
