They pull out all your teeth, then they replace the where the old teeth were with white teeth. Not very painful.

It depends on how you do it.

The next step would be something like Crest Whitestrips (the Premium work very well) -- they cost around $ 25.00 and get your teeth at least five shades whiter within 3 weeks when used as directed.
From there, you could try peroxide with UV treatment, which is offered in many beauty salons and at kiosks in some of the major malls. That starts around $ 100.00.
The most expensive is to have your dentist do the peroxide and LASER treatment. That will get your teeth whiter than anything else, but that treatment starts around $ 300.00 and it's not covered by dental insurance.
Dental grade carbamide peroxide. "White radiance" sells it online for about 50 dollars. In about 3 applications (3 days if you want to speed it up) your teeth will be their natural ivory white color.
