I have discoloration inside my teeth and the whiteness is fading in the inside. How do you make the inside of my teeth white without using whitening kits or strips. I mean stuff that you could find at home. I've heard that lemon juice and baking soda helps to whiten teeth. Any details about how to use it with lemon juice and baking soda? But other things can help too.

Lemon juice eats the enamel! O.o
Don't do that! That would probably make them fall out, if not worse, if you use it often.
Anyway....brushing and flossing three times a day will make them glow....once your gums are strong enough to not bleed from flossing three times a day. Rinse your mouth out with salt water afterwards.

You can use crest 3D white, that includes toothpastes, toothbrushes, whitestrips and oral health/rinse.
ReplyDeleteThe worst possible thing to do is use acidic fruits, it wears down the enamel which you can never get back. I found a few youtube videos that I hope will help, they are short, so don't worry :)

Baking soda works.
ReplyDeletePut some baking soda in a plate and dip your tooth brush in it so that the surface of the brush is covered in baking soda. Tap the acces off and brush your teeth with it, getting all the spots that need to be whitened well.
