I'm 14 years old and I have yellow teeth.
I am really good with brushing twice a day, flossing, and using mouthwash.
But my teeth are still not white! I've always been really good at taking care of my teeth, but I can never get them to be white. How do I get white teeth and a brighter smile?

get the dentist to polish them
ReplyDeleteIf you go to the dentist and you get trays made they will give you a whiting gel that will make your teeth super white. You use those for like 5 days and it works great. I heard if you also brush your teeth with whiting toothpaste and use the new 3d white mouthwash afterwards your teeth should be alot whiter. Hope I helped
ReplyDeleteBrush your teeth with baking soda. Just sprinkle some on top of your tooth paste. Once you're done with that rinse your mouth with hydrogen peroxide, do not swallow it. If you do this at least 3 times a week i'm sure you're teeth will appear whiter. My teeth were yellow and i started doing this and it really worked. Also, your teeth may be a little sensitive afterward. It'll go away after a couple of mins. Goodluck!
ReplyDeleteHaving yellow teeth is actually quite common for a lot of people. I used to think I was the only one with such yellow teeth. It's usually related to the use of certain medications or having a thin enamel.
