I go back to school in a week or two and i really need to get my teeth white for my pictures...
i brush and floss them every day and night and i do not drink coffee.. they are just not getting white :(

I used crest white strips in combination with crest 3D whitening tooth paste and mouth wash. my teeth went from gross yellow to a pretty decent shade of white! i would really advise it, good luck!

I agree with Lexi Baby it is what I recommend to my patients who are looking for the quick solution just keep in mind results vary you may not get the shade you are expecting.
ReplyDeletenatural teeth is natural.if your teeth is naturally yellow, you can not turn into white. so brush 2 time in a day, no smoking, no sweets, take green vegetables and consult with dentist per month.
