brush your teeth properly, don't smoke, avoid coffee, tea and red wine

Ok..Whiten your teeth for FREE...You will need to use a combination of Hydrogen peroxide and Baking Soda as a toothpaste...However, the results will not come quickly, it will come to some degree, but as I said. not quickly, and not bright white. The next way will cost a bit of money..get tooth whitening Toothpaste.and of course the best and fastest is by a dentists. Good luck and I wish you well.
